Hola!
I didn’t have breakfast today as I wasn’t feeling hungry, and I’m happy to report no sickness today!
Lunch
Brown rice, hato mugi, umeboshi plum, nori
Fennel tea
Dinner
Hummous and pitta
Salad with pumpkin, cashews, spinach, lettuce, pumpkin seeds
Rooibos tea
Walnut and ginger biscuits
1/2 an apricot
Sometimes, when I decide to eat more simply the universe seems to deliver things that makes sure that eating simply would be very difficult (like going for dinner with a friend, or being tempted by a friend’s delicious offering of a lovely organic apricot and feeling like it would be rude to refuse!) Oh well, maybe I will keep it simple another day. I believe it does wonders to have a simple day every now and again. It is one thing knowing something, it’s a completely other thing making it happen!
Here is to making it happen!!

Hello!
I’ve had a bit of a strange day today after being sick (again) after breakfast :O(. For breakfast I had brown rice and buckwheat congee with spring onions and then I had some apple crumble. My stomach did not like that combination of food at all. I’m not sure if the porridge was off as the grains were from Monday, although it tasted (and smelt!) fine. It seems my stomach is becoming alot more sensitive. I think porridge is going to have to be plain grain for the mo!
Lunch
I didn’t have anything for lunch as I wasn’t feeling up to it!
Dinner
The only thing I wanted to eat was noodles and vegetables
Rooibos tea with rice milk
Tomorrow I shall eat brown rice only.

Good evening!
Ahh what a beautiful evening it has been too. I had a much needed evening at home tonight and cooked delicious food and once I’ve posted on here I’m tidying up and then doing some meditating before getting into my lovely bed!
Breakfast
Miso soup with onion, squash, hijki & soba noodles
Buckwheat & brown rice congee with celery & onion
Dandelion tea
Lunch
Brown rice salad (from yesterday), tempeh stew made with tahini, onion and mushrooms, steamed brocolli & kimpira sweet potato
Almond truffles
Grain coffee
Dinner
Polenta with olives and sun-dried tomatoes, quick boiled watercress, a beautiful creamy cauliflower (with mochi, rice milk and kuzu) dish, pressed daikon and radish & aduki bean stew from yesterday
Apple crumble with a rice milk cream (made with ground almonds)
Bancha tea
For the past few weeks (maybe even months) I’ve found that there just hasn’t been enough time at home so I am dedicating today and tomorrow for much needed nourishing evenings at home. Making time for this is so so important but it’s such a juggling act!
Good vibrations!
