Hello!
I am sitting in the kitchen as I write this waiting for some Ohsawa bread to bake and waiting for brown rice to finish doing it’s thing in the pressure cooker. I’m going to be away for the next few days and I’m not sure what the food situation is going to be so I’m going to take some things to make sure I can’t eat well

Buckwheat with onions, shoyu & tahini, dried daikon & carrots, salad made of lettuce, red onions & oven baked tofu & takuan pickle & some natto
Last night I got my Mum to try some natto and HA HA HA HA HA!! Natto is one of those things that you either love or hate and she hated it!! I was surprised that she wanted to try a bit and for a split second it looked like she was going to like. But then she couldn’t spit it out soon enough and said it was probably the worst thing she’d EVER tasted!!! He he he he he! My husband hates it too!!
