Greetings!
I have returned from yet another truly incredible weekend at the Macro School. That place is just pure magic and I will never be able to say in words how much happiness and gratitude I feel for having discovered it!
I’m sorry I didn’t keep you posted whilst I was there. I can tell you that I ate some really wonderful food, discovered more insightful things about macrobiotics, learnt some new things about myself AND I got to share this with some really amazing people.
The funny thing is that I took my camera but I didn’t take a single photo (apart from on the train journey on the way home!!!). But next time I will defintely take lots of photos of the food and share that with you
I have come back home feeling clearer about my health, my imbalances and what is going to be useful for me and I’m feeling determined to make some improvements to my condition. I only have about four weeks until I return so in that time I hope I can apply my knowledge to myself. We’ll see!

Hey!
Well, it seems that after my weekend of too much alcohol, overeating and too many desserts, my intestines are feeling the strain and now I must initiate some kind of rescue mission for my intestines! Thank God everything is always changing because with time as well as effort I am sure I can take much better care and therefore improve my condition. I am certain for some real deep healing to take place that I will have to put in great effort and I hope that I will be able to do that.
You know before I would wonder why it is that my intestines didn’t feel so good (bloating, gas) and I’d find some good reason for it without realising that it was actually ME who had caused by my food choices. Now, instead of looking outside for a reason I can see that it is actually my fault (mea culpa) and only I can change it.
Sometimes, it seems we have to keep repeating the same pattern again and again until we reach a point where we say enough is enough and then you can bring about a long lasting change. It starts with consciousness and ends with action and the space in between in a constant reminder or continued consciousness of the effects of whatever it is you are doing. I hope that we can all work towards this continued state of consciousness – imagine
Breakfast
Cous cous and peas & wheat bread
Lunch
Cous cous and peas
Aduki truffles
Twig tea
Dinner
Aduki bean soup with sauerkraut
I am off to Devon today to continue with my macrobiotic studies. Yay! I’ll try to take some photos to share with you & will hopefully be able to update you whilst I am there. In the meantime, eat, think & chew well
