Hello!
The last few days have been absolutely crazy hence my lack of posts! I hope you forgive me.
Yesterday was a really great day at the Macrobiotic Association. I feel honoured to be part of the association and very excited about the future of the MBA and of macrobiotics!
Last week the rebirthing session I had really kind of knocked it (or something!) out of me! I a little disorientated for a day or so afterwards. Then Friday was very busy preparing for Saturday. Saturday was busy and today, I am pleased to say has been really chilled out…phew!
I can’t remember food from Friday but yesterday was:
Breakfast
Nothing
Lunch
Whole wheat bread soaked in oat milk & mixed salad
Twig tea
Some vanilla pudding and chestnut and pear mousse
Roasted shoyu & pumpkin seeds & poppy seed cookie
Dinner
Bread topped with chickpea, sweetcorn and sauerkraut
Pear and chestnut mousse and vanilla pudding
Roasted seeds
Kombu tea
Today’s food
Brunch
Toast with seed & umeboshi paste
Dinner
Grain coffee and rice milk
Brown rice balls, stewed celery and onion & steamed brocolli and carrots
Poppy seed cookies & twig tea
Lots of macro love

Hello friends
Yesterday was quite a day. I had a rebirthing/breathwork session and it was probably the most intense healing session I’ve ever experienced.
I chose to eat very simply yesterday, in fact, I didn’t really eat at all as I only had 2 drinks of ume-sho-kuzu. But it was perfect considering my macro misdemeanours the previous day!
I had some really potent thoughts and feelings about macrobiotics too and it hit me yesterday (like it does every now and again) at how absolutely AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE macrobiotics is. I am truly truly truly blessed to have discovered it and even more blessed to be married to the most amazing and inpsiring macro man.
with love & gratitude

Good Evening!
Day 14
I didn’t feel so good yesterday, it seems all the desserts I ate whilst in Devon gave caught up with me – oops! I really feel that my body is much more sensitive than it used to be and a few days of not eating so well and I really feel it! So, yesterday I kind of fasted and had only sweet rice and brown rice milk for brunch and some for breakfast too.
Day 15
Breakfast
Buckwheat porridge & amaranth & a little oat waffle with white miso and black olives
Lunch
Oat waffles with white miso and sauerkraut
Dinner
Miso soup made with wakame, kidney beans, carrots, onions & parsley (mmmm it was amazing eating this, my kidneys LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!)
Millet balls, barley pasta with squash kuzu sauce, lettuce and sauerkraut salad, tempura made from carrot, onion & lotus root, grated daikon
Twig tea
I went to the doctors today and found the experience to be interesting!!
