Hmmm, guess what I’ll be eating tomorrow!!!

HELLOOOOOO!!
I spent ages last night writing to and for some reason it didn’t post…grrr! So, here I am this morning eager to fill you in at last!
My time in Devon was incredibly incredible. It feels like the last couple of weeks have been really intense and incredible and I have three words to say: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU (ok, maybe that is six words?!)!
I ate some wonderful food in Devon. I didn’t note down everything but I did take a few photos :) Some of the highlights included pecan pie, lots of seitan dishes, mussels, lovely soups, a beautiful wheat salad and a million other delightful macro meals!
Yesterday’s food:
Breakfast

Creamy millet porridge with a splash of shoyu
Lunch

Brown rice, millet burger, pressed radish and cabbage salad, stewed celery, red onion & cabbage
Brown rice & nut bar
Dinner

Same as lunch without the brown rice bar
I am sooo looking forward to having more time soon to spend in the kitchen, cooking, experimenting and taking time to enjoy it. At the moment my life is so busy that I’m not getting much of a chance to do that and I am really missing it!
I had the most amazing chat with my parents last night and they made a suggestion that they will give me their food shopping money for one week so I can buy macro ingredients and cook for them…yayyyyy!! This is such a wonderful opportunity. It seems even natto didn’t put my Mum off, although she did say as long as you don’t give me any of ‘that stuff’ or aduki beans!!! he he!

Greetings!

Time is not on my side at the moment but I just wanted to let you know that I’m away in Devon (for macro studies :) until Sunday. I’ll take lots of photos of food and try to update you from there.

I feel like I’ve been caught up in some kind of time warp the last few days. I was learning and experiencing soul healing – deep and incredible stuff. I spent some time in Glastonbury and WOW! Really incredible place with this immense energy and love! Now back in London briefly before travelling to Devon tomorrow.

I’m fasting today and drinking only home made oat milk to give myself a bit of a break. I can’t wait to be in Devon eating lovely fresh, nourishing food.

Roll on November!

Loads of macro love
