Barley, brown rice & quinoa porridge with blanced greens and pumpkin seeds – mmm, this was great!

Porridge from breakfast with miso and pressed onion and celery salad
Strawberry oat bar
Dinner
Cous cous salad
Halva & something which I shouldn’t have had which I’m not disclosing to anyone!
I confess I ate something not so good but I’m not telling you what it was…he he!
Day 2

No breakfast for me this morning
Lunch
Miso soup with wakame and onion
Brown rice paella with prawns and muscles, roasted parsnips, sauerkraut, steamed kale & white & pinto bean stew with carrot & squash
A cup of hot oat milk
Dinner
Paella & sauerkraut
Oat milk
Mmm I’m already planning what to have tomorrow!
