Hello!
Ahh, it is such a pleasure to be writing again
I’ve had a really great day and I feel like my ‘spring clean’ is well under way
I always find when I start to make changes, the hardest part is getting started with it, but once I’m on it, it feels much easier than what I’d led myself to believe it was, if you know what I mean?!!
So, I started my day with the best of intentions, a 30 minutes meditation and a cup of chestnut tea (if you’ve never tried this you HAVE to, it is simply and beautifully delicious. It’s basically leftover water from pressure cooked chestnuts!)
I went for a 30 minute job which felt sooo good. Whenever I exercise I always think ‘I should exercise more’…so maybe I will!!
For lunch my starter was the last remaining little drop of chestnut tea, followed by some freshly made carrot & lotus juice with a tiny pinch of salt and heated up
Then I had some twig tea in between followed by a lovely walk and meditation on the mountain
And for dinner, I am just about to make myself another warm carrot juice.
I only had slight twinges of hunger today. I have felt incredibly focused though and I’ve been able to get lots of reading and studying done. I can feel that i’m going to sleep really well tonight. I’m excited to see how I’ll feel tomorrow. I usually feel amazing after fasting for one day – it’s another thing that I feel I should do more often but I don’t. Ahh, it’s sooo easy to lose sight of good intentions.
