Howdy!

When I woke up this morning I felt like I really needed some food so I had a small bowl of brown rice.

Breakfast

Nettle (freshly picked :) ) & spring onion soup

Millet porridge with steamed apple & carrots with a few toasted pumpkin seeds

Lunch

Carrot soup with spring onion

Buckwheat, polenta & millet with kuzu & onion gravy, pressed leek, radish & carrot salad, lentil stew with carrot & onion, arame with sesame seeds & leeks & greens with garlic

Cinnamon & carrot cake with millet cream

Dinner

Nettle soup

Hello :)

Breakfast
Carrot, daikon & ginger juice with a little salt

Lunch
Carrot & lotus drink

Dinner
Carrot juice with shoyu

I have felt surprisingly not very hungry today so I decided just to keep having juice throughout the day, with a few cups of twig tea in between. I feel really good!

I did a 3 hour mountain trek too which was great :)

I love spring!
