Hello strangers!!

I have become a stranger to my own blog…oops! I shall be back in full force in approximately 5 weeks when my macro studies will officially be over (oh my!!).

But for today, I thought I’d fill you in on some macro things!

I spent last week at macro school having yet another incredible time. For the second time in my life, I chewed a meal 100 times each mouthful. It took over an hour to eat a small bowl of food and it was a really powerful experience. You must try it!

Today I didn’t have breakfast but for lunch I had:

Soba noodles, squash sauce, fried tofu, fried kale, sauerkraut & toasted seeds followed by an oat cream & raspberry kuzu dessert

Dinner
Brown rice with an umeboshi sauce, aduki & squash stew, a mixed vegetable nishime & lettuce with a lemon dressing

I also had some really nice coconut cookies & some grain coffee

Yesterday, for the first time in a very long time I had fish & chips with some beautiful friends which I really loved.

I really can’t wait to get back to posting regularly :)

I hope your macro journeys are going well.

Blessings! :)

It’s Monday and I start every Monday with great health enhancing intentions. I don’t know why but I love the start of the week. It’s like a fresh opportunity for intentions. Whether I do them or not is always another story. Some last, some don’t. Some seem to slowly fall by the wayside waiting for me to pick them up again, others don’t even happen before I even begin. I love having challenges, failing at things, succeeding at others, learning, growing, getting ill, getting really healthy, feeling fed up, feeling so hopeful and inspired…all of it is so important.

Isn’t it wonderful being a human being? We have the change to experience so much.

Today for breakfast I had:
Some kind of quinoa & millet porridge with leeks & squash

For lunch:
A quinoa, millet, oat & red lentil stew type thing with wakame & sauerkraut followed by a couple of strawberries that needed to be eaten!! ;)

I had lunch really last and wasn’t that hungry and then later in the evening I wasn’t hungry either so listening to my body.

I’ve never before admitted to myself just how difficult it can be to listen to and respect the wishes of the body. Often I allow my mind or emotions to override that. How easy it is to forget the wisdom of the body.

I had a little redbush tea today & also some water.

I’m cooking some beans & grains as I write. Another full on day tomorrow so I always try to think ahead about what I will eat.

Yesterday I completed my esoteric soul healing training and feeling incredible blessed, honoured and inspired.

Love & gratitude
