Hello!
So, it’s almost the end of day 5 and I’m feeling sooo tired & a bit hungry (I will be happy to close my eyes this evening at the thought of a lovely delicious and nutritious brown rice porridge for breakfast :O).
Breakfast
I didn’t have breakfast today as I didn’t feel hungry so I decided to wait for lunch
Lunch
Brown rice porridge with gomasio & tekka
Dinner
Brown rice porridge with a splash of shoyu and gomasio
My dreams of brown rice balls were not fulfilled today because it was such a cold day in the UK that I needed something warm. Maybe I could have made balls and then heated them up but I just felt like I should have porridge. But there is always tomorrow to have rice balls!!!
No liquids today but I feel absolutely fine.
The only other thing I noticed was a bit of tiredness in my arms that lasted about 20 minutes. Other than that and feeling tired, there is nothing to report.
This weekend will be interesting since I am now visiting my family and friends where I will be constantly exposed to and occasionally offered a multitude of macrobiotic sins!! Hmmmm!
