Good evening!

So, I have survived day 1 & it’s gone very well :) . I can feel my body loving it already! yayy! Which is more than I felt when I did the last brown rice fast!

I am sure many people would think that doing a 10 day brown rice fast is pretty crazy, actually, I think most people would think eating brown rice for just one day is pretty mad, let alone 10!!! But isn’t it crazy that people would think that it is crazy?! We’re not supposed to eat all this man made processed stuff, our bodies aren’t designed for that. We’re not designed to eat loads of sugar, loads of meat or loads of dairy either – these things create many problems in the body. OK, perhaps not straight away, but prolonged use of this stuff is not good. It’s kind of sad that most people have to wait until they are ill, and often seriously ill,  before they realise that the cause of their illness is most likely what they are eating.

Many people are so unaware of many things about food and health, just like I used to be. I feel grateful that I was able to do something about it. You know I always felt terrible after eating takeaway food or junk food. I felt like there was something not quite right and didn’t feel that good. But once I started eating proper, wholesome natural food I felt such a difference. I guess my advice would be – don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. Give it a go for a few weeks as see how you feel. Eat simple natural foods for 10 days and you’ll understand what I’m ranting and raving about!!

Oh there is many things I feel like writing about right now but I’ll save it for another day!!

Another daikon hip bath awaits me. Last night I fell asleep in the tub!! Zzzzz!! ha ha. If you are wondering what a hip bath is…hmm…how to explain…it is a natural treatment used for cleansing female reproductive organs. Do a google search on it if you want to find out more :)

Breakfast

No thing

Lunch

Brown rice & shoyu

Dinner

No thing as I wasn’t hungry

A couple of swigs of water as I was parched, but I didn’t have time to make a cuppa

I am already looking forward to brown rice porridge tomorrow. Mmmm! I love it how the longer you do a fast for, the more exciting the simplest of food becomes.

OK, it is time!

Crazy love

Sharlene
