Hello!
Ahh, it was so wonderful this morning waking up to no alarm & knowing that I had a whole weekend at home
))
I felt good this morning & have had a really busy day. At about 6 o’clock I suddenly felt soooooooooooo tired. It was like boom! It’s strange because mentally I feel strong but physically my body feels kind of heavy and like it wants to sleep.
For breakfast I had brown rice with gomasio & 1/2 an umeboshi plum
Some bancha tea with kuzu and a drop of shoyu
Lunch
Brown rice & sweet rice porridge with shoyu
Dinner
Brown rice with 1/2 umeboshi plum
Bancha tea
I’ve had a few fantasies about other food today & tomorrow morning I am looking forward to drinking some fresh ginger tea. Mmmm!
Lets see what tomorrow brings! Now I must muster up the strength & will to make a hip bath…did I really say I was going to do this every night until the 14th…??!! he he. I must! It is easy to decide not to do it, but then I will never know what it is to have 10 in a row unless I actually do it. Saying it is easy, doing it is what counts.
