Good Evening :)

It’s day 4 and I am feeling good as I write this, yayy!

I woke up this morning feeling a little achy (from yoga) and a bit low in energy. However, it seemed to pass once I got my body moving a bit and I felt really great by the afternoon.

Breakfast

Brown rice with gomasio

Beautiful fresh ginger tea…mmmm, this was sooo good!

Lunch

Brown rice with a little brown rice amazake (is that cheating? amazake is just brown rice though right?!)

Dinner

I didn’t have any dinner as I wasn’t hungry!

I’m really looking forward this coming week & more bikram yoga :)

I’ve just had a ginger body scrub & now another hip bath awaits. Last night’s hip bath was the best so far and I managed to get a good sweat going on!
